Maybe I'm a bit too impatient, but as i said, I did buy the buyers protection and that isn't exactly cheap, so I do think this is very poor service. When I try to activate, it takes to the Microsoft store but there is no option to purchase the windows 11 key. The installation process was automatic, guided by the parallels and eventually I got Windows 11 Home Edition. That is not 24/7 customer support at all. I have installed windows 11 through parallels on MacBook M1. Also, when I see a 24/7 live customer support chat advertising on the site and I click on it, I don't and should not expect a bot, which refers me to to the ticket centre again. I do understand they need some time to process a ticket, but with the buyers protection I bought and the proof I provided I don't think it should take this long. Made a ticket hours ago, but still haven't got an answer. On the Kinguin website they refer you to a microsoft chat, but that is just a bot, which when you choose the subject 'windows activation' refers you to the phone number again. )īought a Windows 10 Pro key this afternoon, only to find out the key was 'already in use on another machine' when I tried to active it. It's not my native language, so I try my best.
